Site plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing different sections of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More images made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
